Senior Brand Manager Paramount Pricing (m/f/d)

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Define and implement brand and portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand building framework and consumer relevance across all touchpoints
  • Develop insights-based strategies for the German market, aligned with business targets
  • Build a portfolio architecture to meet consumer needs and market trends, and lead the development, validation, and execution of new business opportunities
  • Track and evaluate brand performance, proposing actionable mitigation plans based on KPIs and business metrics
  • Prepare detailed investment plans by quantifying costs per portfolio initiative and managing bottom-up budget allocation
  • Represent consumer marketing in pricing decisions, ensuring deployment aligns with market strategy

Skills and Experience Required:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable education
  • 6-10 years professional experience in Brand Marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in an FMCG environment, ideally in Germany
  • Proven track record of consumer centric marketing thinking
  • Excellent analytical skills and very strong conceptual, planning and strategic skills
  • Self-confident and comfortable dealing with stakeholders from all levels
  • Curious, flexible, organised and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Results driven with initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • People and business leadership experience
  • English fluent in spoken and written, German desirable
