The Role
Join Imperial Brands as our next B2B Platform Lead reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Platform and Delivery. In this role, you will oversee the B2B Loyalty and Commerce portal, leading a team of project managers, UX & Design specialists, engineers, and content experts to drive performance and enhance customer experiences across retailer digital touchpoints throughout the loyalty and commerce journey. You will be responsible for building features from existing concepts and developing new ideas based on business insights, consumer behavior, and technological advancements.
As the B2B Platform Lead you will translate strategic vision into actionable plans, presenting ideas to senior management with data-driven arguments and market research. Together with the Head of Commercial Platform and Delivery, you will define and create the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics, while supporting the team to deliver on these objectives.
