The Role

Principal Accountabilities

  • Set and execute the vision for development and testing, ensuring best practices are embedded across teams.
  • Lead and coach developers, providing guidance to enhance their skills and support their career progression.
  • Align engineering strategies with broader organizational goals to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Strengthening QA capabilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve shared objectives.
  • Contribute to the company’s global strategy, focusing on talent development and organizational growth.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong leadership experience in software development and quality assurance, with a proven track record in agile environments.
  • Expertise in modern development and testing methodologies, including DevOps and QA practices.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching teams, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect technical execution with business success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
