The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic individual to join our People & Culture (P&C) team as a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner in the Human Resource Team for the AMET Cluster. This role will be based in Taiwan and will focus on Taiwan and Indo-China countries (Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam).

 

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential business partnering support to the AMET Cluster and the Taiwan and Indo-China Market Leadership Teams. Your work will play a key part in defining, developing, and executing the People & Culture agenda, driving business performance and aligning with strategic goals. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies and lead key P&C initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and performance culture development. People Strategy is at the core of this role with focus on relationship building, coaching & leadership, workforce planning & data analysis along with change management experience, in leading organisational change and using data to inform business decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the People & Culture agenda while supporting the growth and success of the organization. You will report to the Human Resource Director - AMET Cluster based in Dubai.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with business leaders at the Cluster and Taiwan Market level to drive objectives, enhance performance, and align people strategies with business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with other Strategic BPs and senior leaders to ensure alignment of people strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Workforce & Talent Planning: Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives, using data insights to optimize organizational effectiveness and succession planning.
  • Change Leadership: Drive change management and organizational design projects to maximize business value and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Policy & Compliance: Review and advise on local policies, manage employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Development: Coach senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 5+ years, experience P&C advisory/ business partnering role, particularly with commercial functions.
  • Relevant University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing complex projects, working with senior leadership teams and various P&C groups, including Talent & Development, DE&I, and Reward.
