The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of a key sub-region within Global Travel & Rizla, shaping both strategy and execution to deliver strong business results. You will work closely with international teams and major global customers, turning market insights into practical actions that drive sustainable growth. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships, influence commercial direction, and make a visible impact across multiple markets. At the same time, you will guide and support a diverse regional team, creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and succeed together.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own and deliver sub-regional P&L targets, ensuring both revenue growth and profitability goals are consistently achieved
  • Develop and execute regional and channel strategies aligned with global direction, ensuring consistent and effective market execution
  • Shape pricing approaches and commercial initiatives to optimise market share, margins, and overall business performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic accounts to support long-term growth
  • Guide, support, and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Review market, consumer, and industry trends to generate insights and translate them into clear, actionable plans

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and make well-informed business choices
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales and channel strategies in a dynamic market environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and present effectively across functions and levels
  • Strong negotiation and key account management capabilities, with a focus on building sustainable partnerships
  • Insight-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into action
  • Experience guiding and developing teams within an international and cross-functional business environment
