Project Manager – Global Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Principle Accountabilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT partners to shape project requirements and align them with business goals.
• Develop business cases and manage the project approval process through governance.
• Define project structure, scope, plan, and required resources, including procurement processes.
• Lead project governance, reporting, and ensure alignment with IB project management standards.
• Direct project delivery, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met, and manage execution effectively.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, control finances, and ensure proper documentation and handover.

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree-level education, preferably in IT, business, economics, or similar.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional, and international projects.
• Expertise in project management methods, including planning, scheduling, and control.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive with extensive experience in change, risk, and issue management
