The Role

In this role, you will shape how the West Region - GDF understands and acts on its financial performance. You’ll turn data into meaningful insights that guide regional choices, commercial direction, and cross-functional initiatives.

You’ll coordinate forecasting cycles, and play a central role in launches, projects, and strategic planning.

If you enjoy being close to the business, partnering with senior teams, and having real influence, this role gives you impact, variety, and visibility across multiple markets.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Oversee and manage the West Region, ensuring clarity on performance drivers
  • Coordinate forecasting, IBP, budgeting, and scenario planning processes across markets
  • Convert financial performance into practical insights that support Sales, Insights & Intelligence, and regional teams
  • Support business cases, new launches, and initiatives with structured financial evaluations
  • Prepare and deliver clear performance reviews, reporting packs, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Serve as the key regional contact for ad-hoc financial requests from Cluster, Regional, and corporate teams

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong finance, FP&A, or business partnering background with the ability to create clear, actionable insights
  • Skilled in interpreting financial information and simplifying complex topics
  • Effective at collaborating cross-functionally and guiding teams through data-informed recommendations
  • Comfortable preparing evaluations, performance summaries, and planning outputs directly
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to coordinate multiple priorities across markets
  • Fluent in English and able to work effectively in an international environment
