The Role

We are looking for an inspiring, influencing and hands-on People & Culture (P&C) Manager to join our team, leading the People & Culture function across the Greek market, ensuring effective personnel planning, organizational development, and employee engagement. This role will also oversee ServiceNow HR service delivery, ensuring seamless P&C operations and compliance with local labour regulations. The P&C Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance, people-oriented culture.

The ideal P&C Manager will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide and ensure effective personnel planning for all company personnel, including recommending and implementing P&C programs, policies, leading budget activities
  • Headcount planning in collaboration with People Leader and manage the TA process to deliver qualitative and on time resourcing
  • Monitor annual performance appraisal processes. Identify training needs, supporting employees. Develop career path programs and succession planning frameworks in alignment with SEE framework
  • Manage salary structures, reviews, and adjustments. Conduct annual salary surveys, analyse compensation data, ensuring competitive positioning
  • Ensure compliance with labour relations and local employment laws. Promote and Ensure H&S strategy, monitor and lead change management initiatives, including restructuring and outplacement processes
  • Have full ownership of ServiceNow and P&C Hub responsibilities locally. Support Duty-Free Department P&C needs.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant
  • Professional experience in HRBP, in labour law (e.g. payroll supervision, Ergani management etc) preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral) and MS Office Skills. Proficiency in Workday is an asset
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a genuinely people-centric approach, ensuring positive engagement
  • Proven talent and change-management capabilities, supporting organizations through growth, transformation, and team development
