The Role

The PMO Analyst supports the Global IT PMO through a combination of operational coordination and analytical support, acting as a central driver for portfolio data and reporting. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across benefits tracking, KPI governance, portfolio reporting, and financial processes, enabling the PMO team to focus on governance, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria  

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own the operational management of benefits and KPI tracking across the IT portfolio, including maintaining the Benefit Register and monitoring planned vs realised value.
  • Perform benefit recalculations (e.g. ROI, CAPEX/OPEX) and consolidate quarterly benefits reporting and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate KPI submission cycles with Business Partners, ensuring data validation, quality, and adherence to defined KPI structures.
  • Maintain portfolio reporting accuracy, including status updates, governance trackers, and supporting the preparation of portfolio performance reports.
  • Provide operational financial support by tracking finance submissions, standardising datasets, and assisting with budget tracking and Planview updates.
  • Support PMO operations by maintaining RAID logs, dashboards, templates, and documentation while ensuring smooth reporting and governance processes across programmes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Solid PMO operational experience supporting governance, reporting, and portfolio processes.
  • High level of data governance discipline with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Reliable in managing recurring reporting and delivery cycles while meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, well-structured, and proactive in managing tasks and identifying improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
