The Role

From pioneering new capabilities and equipment to supporting major facility upgrades, this is a place where things move fast and where your impact will be felt every day. We’re looking for a proactive HSEQ Coordinator to help keep our operations running safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards. In this role, you’ll be the lynchpin that connects technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, making sure every activity meets the quality, safety, and compliance expectations that define our success. With a passion for Health & Safety and a drive for continuous improvement, you’ll have the chance to grow, learn, and build strong foundations for a future senior HSEQ career - all while contributing to work that truly shapes our global business

Key accountabilities

Principal Accountabilities: • Support the creation and control of key HSEQ documentation, including risk assessments, audits, and incident records. • Help drive a safe and proactive culture by assisting with inspections, investigations, and environmental monitoring. • Coordinate essential training, occupational health activities, and awareness events across the site. • Keep our systems running smoothly by managing documents, updating signage and noticeboards, and maintaining the HSEQ Knowledge Hub. • Provide vital administrative support to the HSEQ team, organising meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring accurate records. • Contribute to continuous improvement by helping prepare monthly reports and supporting wider HSEQ projects and tasks.

Skills & experience

Skills & Experience Required: • NEBOSH National General Certificate (or working toward it) with a genuine passion for Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management. • A sharp eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and a proactive approach to getting things right first time. • Confident in breaking tasks into clear, achievable actions and offering practical, effective solutions. • Curious, open minded, and driven by continuous learning and improvement. • Skilled at building strong working relationships across teams and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable delivering quality work under pressure.
