The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees in our Sofia office.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provides support to project managers, including project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensures smooth operation of PMO activities by maintaining project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Monitors and reports on project risks and issues, and assists project managers in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Assists project managers in tracking project progress and initiating change as needed.
  • Collects, consolidates, and analyses project performance data and information as an input to project (de)briefs.
  • Complies with the function's safety and ethics rules and processes, and models Imperial's Values & Behaviours.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in providing support in IT project delivery
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
