The Role

Join Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, as a Procurement Intern to support the operational procurement activities. It's a great opportunity to take the first steps in your career within the Procurement department.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Purchase process of a selected group of materials and services,
  • New Vendor creation and maintenance,
  • System Contract Value creation and maintenance,
  • Analyses of functional data to create and maintain the reports,
  • Support in invoice discrepancy clarification,
  • Executing assigned tasks by the Superior related to ITG goals and objectives, support in daily basis procurement queries.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong English language skills – written and verbal.
  • Adapt at working in both team environment and solo.
  • Microsoft Office abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to details and willingness to learn.
  • Adapt and dealing with stakeholders on varied levels.
