The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Master Data Specialist.

You will be responsible for creation and maintenance of data objects. You will take part in checking the compliance accordingly to internal rules and policies. On this role, you will be able to use your great attention to details and contribute to handling risks linked to the third parties.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Review and update data records on compliance systems,
  • Check master data reports in accordance with compliance procedures and carry out regular investigations escalating findings for further review,
  • Work with incoming queries from the business and perform according to procedures with respect to needed data quality focus,
  • Monitor system interfaces and process messages on time according to agreed SLAs and OLAs,
  • Cooperate with Data Experts on improving Data Quality by highlighting identified errors, inconsistencies and non-compliances,
  • Contribute for Continuous process improvement by identification process deviations and areas for improvements in terms of Quality of work and Data, efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in working within regional structures and in remote teams across different cultures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy in work, ensuring consistency, and minimizing errors.
  • Capability to perform recurring tasks with focus and reliability, maintaining high quality over time.
  • Commitment to customer orientation and achievement of goals, showing care for the final result of tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate within a team, with employees at every level of the organization, and build effective relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to define priorities, and a logical, investigative, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
