The Role

At Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, we are looking for an E2E Business Process Manager – Logistics to play a key role in shaping how our global supply chain operates.

The Process Manager – CoE Supply Chain Processes plays a central role in designing, harmonising, and continuously improving Imperial Brands’ global End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain processes. The role ensures that our Planning & Supply ecosystem is standardised, transparent, well governed, and ready for future digital enablement.

As an E2E Business Process Manager – Logistics, you will be responsible for shaping the E2E Supply Chain process landscape with a primary focus on the Logistics domain, while ensuring alignment across interconnected areas such as Master Data, Demand Planning, DRP & Inventory, Supply Planning, MRP, Order Management, and Customer Service.

This role goes beyond day-to-day logistics execution and focuses on understanding, mapping, and improving how processes operate in reality — not just how they are documented.

You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and levels — from operational teams to senior leaders — to uncover how processes truly operate, identify inconsistencies and exceptions, and design scalable, standardised solutions supported by strong governance and meaningful performance measures.

The role requires a high level of curiosity, proactiveness, and the ability to navigate complexity and connect information across multiple areas of the supply chain.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Map and document end-to-end logistics processes (including process flows, dependencies, and exceptions)
  • Analyse and challenge existing ways of working to identify opportunities for standardisation and improvement
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to extract process knowledge and validate real-life execution
  • Define and maintain process governance, including change control and alignment with global standards
  • Establish meaningful process performance measures (in-process metrics and KPIs)
  • Support global transformation initiatives (e.g. S/4HANA, logistics systems, TMS)

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in business process mapping and modelling (end-to-end), using tools such as Signavio, Visio, Enterprise Architect or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimisation within logistics or supply chain
  • Good understanding of logistics processes and concepts such as control tower, transport management systems (TMS), and tendering processes
  • Strong ability to understand and structure complex, cross-functional processes and their dependencies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage both operational teams and senior stakeholders
  • High level of curiosity, proactiveness, and ability to independently drive topics and uncover root causes

What We Offer

In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and further benefits as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose. Here at Imperial we will give you the opportunity to grow and learn, innovate at pace and be a part of our purpose to forge a path to a healthier future for moments of relaxation and pleasure for our consumers.
