The Role

At Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, we are looking for an E2E Business Process Manager – Global Supply Chain Planning to play a key role in shaping how our global planning processes operate.

The Process Manager – CoE Supply Chain Processes plays a central role in designing, harmonising, and continuously improving Imperial Brands’ global End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain processes. This role ensures that our Planning & Supply ecosystem is standardised, transparent, well governed, and ready for future digital enablement.

As an E2E Business Process Manager – Global Supply Chain Planning, you will be responsible for shaping the E2E Supply Chain process landscape across key planning domains, including Supply Planning (Supply Network Planning and Line Scheduling) as well as Leaf & Inventory Management. You will ensure alignment across interconnected areas such as Master Data, Demand Planning, DRP & Inventory Planning, MRP, Order Management, Customer Service, and Logistics.

This role goes beyond operational planning activities and focuses on understanding, mapping, and improving how processes operate in reality — ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across markets and functions.

You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels to uncover how processes truly operate, identify inconsistencies and exceptions, and design standardised solutions supported by strong governance and meaningful performance measures.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Design and maintain the global Business Process Taxonomy, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and business process ownership (BPO)
  • Map and document end-to-end planning processes (L5 level, BPMN 2.0), including dependencies, variations, and exceptions
  • Act as a gatekeeper for process changes, validating proposals, assessing impact, and ensuring end-to-end consistency
  • Drive process standardisation and re-engineering initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency
  • Define and maintain in-process performance measures and KPIs, ensuring visibility of process effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, SC Enablement) to extract process knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in business process mapping and modelling (end-to-end), using tools such as Signavio, BPMN 2.0, Visio, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, optimisation, or transformation initiatives within Supply Chain
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning (e.g. Supply Planning, Inventory, DRP, Demand Planning), with understanding of planning interdependencies
  • Strong ability to understand, structure, and standardise complex end-to-end processes across functions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage both operational teams and senior stakeholders
  • High level of curiosity, proactiveness, and ability to independently drive topics and challenge existing ways of working

What We Offer

In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and further benefits as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose. Here at Imperial we will give you the opportunity to grow and learn, innovate at pace and be a part of our purpose to forge a path to a healthier future for moments of relaxation and pleasure for our consumers.
