The Role
We are seeking a Reward Specialist – EUPTD on a fixed-term contract for 11 months, with the possibility of renewal. This role will support a high-priority compliance initiative within our People & Culture (P&C) function, focused on aligning our global reward practices with the European Pay Transparency Directive. The aim is to ensure consistency, transparency, and legal compliance across impacted EU markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering the processes, tools, and frameworks that support pay equity and compliance across the organisation.
Working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, the Reward Specialist – EUPTD will collaborate closely with stakeholders across P&C, Legal, and other support functions, as well as external consultants. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful change by promoting fairness, accountability, and transparency in the workplace.
