The Role

As a Senior RGM Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping pricing and revenue management direction for the UK & Ireland cluster. In this position, you will use advanced modelling, pricing intelligence, and commercial insight to help drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Working closely with colleagues across Trade, Finance, Marketing and Group RGM, you will translate complex market and pricing data into clear recommendations that support strategic choices. You will review market pricing behaviour, model pricing and excise scenarios, and evaluate the commercial impact of pricing actions on market share, revenue and profitability.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial problems, working with data, and influencing senior stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape pricing strategy, improve commercial frameworks, and contribute to the ongoing development of Revenue Growth Management capabilities across the cluster.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Drive advanced pricing, excise, and RGM modelling for the UK & Ireland cluster, building scenarios that support long-term commercial and fiscal planning
  • Own the execution framework for price changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Group governance and regulatory requirements
  • Translate Group and Regional pricing direction into market-specific strategies covering pricing, excise, promotions, pack-price architecture, and trade investment considerations
  • Provide structured guidance to senior stakeholders through preparation and facilitation of Pricing Committee sessions, presenting clear options, trade-offs, and risk assessments
  • Assess commercial performance of pricing actions, promotions, and trade investments; identify drivers of variance versus forecast and recommend corrective actions
  • Review channel economics and trade investment structures (e.g., SONA, discounts, rebates, trade margins) to optimise investment allocation and customer profitability

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in pricing, revenue growth management, financial evaluation or commercial modelling
  • Quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights
  • Experience working with pricing models, forecasting and scenario modelling in a commercial environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling capabilities, with experience working with large datasets
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related quantitative discipline
