The Role

Join our growing RTR Tower within an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees. Focus on overseeing broad Record to Report accounting and operational reporting across all relevant Clusters/ Tier 1 Markets. Additionally, be responsible for capturing and documenting the transition processes.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Manage monthly closing process and liaise with FSS/Finance/market stakeholders.
  • Create ad hoc journals for FSS (e.g., provisions, accruals).
  • Assist with Fixed Asset and Intercompany Accounting.
  • Collaborate across delivery towers for efficient period closing; ensure delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
  • Review RTR output from FSS and analysts.
  • Update process-related policy and documents (SOPs, Process Maps).
  • Contribute to project tasks.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Fluent in English, German is a huge plus,
  • Experience in accounting in the international environment - preferably in SSC/BPO,
  • Previously worked in similar capacity within an international organisation preferably FMCG/tobacco,
  • Great verbal and written communication skills,  
  • Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
