The Role

Are you ready to shape the future of global supply chain processes in a truly transformational environment? As a Process Manager Supply Planning, you will play a critical role in designing, mapping, standardising, and continuously improving end-to-end supply planning processes across a global organisation.

Joining An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, the Process Manager Supply Planning will act as a key driver of process excellence within the CoE Supply Chain Processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to define how supply planning (including Supply Network Planning and Line Scheduling) is structured, governed, and digitally enabled across markets.

As a Process Manager Supply Planning, you will own process mapping at a global level, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the E2E supply chain, while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a highly cross-functional environment.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end mapping of global Supply Planning processes using BPMN 2.0 (e.g. Signavio), ensuring full transparency and standardisation
  • Design and continuously improve E2E Supply Planning processes (Supply Network Planning and Line Scheduling)
  • Own and maintain process taxonomy aligned with governance frameworks and strategic objectives
  • Act as a gatekeeper for process changes, ensuring E2E consistency, impact assessment, and controlled implementation
  • Drive process performance through KPIs and in-process measures, identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process re-engineering, governance, and capability building

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in process mapping and modelling (BPMN 2.0, SAP Signavio or similar) – essential
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain (Planning, S&OP, Logistics or related), ideally in complex/global environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies
  • Experience in process performance management (KPIs, continuous improvement)
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Systems-savvy mindset with experience in supply chain planning tools (e.g. SAP, Blue Yonder, ERP)
