As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing the product lifecycle for Plain Packaging products within the Combustible product category. This is a fixed term opportunity until August 2026

Principal Accountabilities

  • Project Management and Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact and PCC consultant, guiding markets in initiating Project Initiation Documents. Ensure projects progress through the Product Introduction Process with proper authorizations.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Initiate and run Project Kick-off Meetings. Prepare and distribute Project Briefing documents, ensuring all essential information is included and maintain project documentation.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate activities of various internal departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Product Management, Print Development) along the PIP process.
  • Project Monitoring and Follow-up: Follow up on project status, ensuring tasks are completed within cost estimations, market requirements, and agreed time frames. Proactively resolve project bottlenecks.
  • Reporting and Review: Report completed projects and conduct post-project reviews as appropriate. Provide transparency of the project portfolio to the manager and project clients.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex, cross-regional or cross-functional projects, preferably related to Product Introduction.
  • Mindset and Approach: Highly engaged, proactive, self-driven, with a growth mindset and pragmatic approach to achieving results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective management and communication with stakeholders, including close collaboration with Commercial leads.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PLM & Forecast to stock (F2S) processes and associated systems (PLM, APO, SAP) is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong intercultural, interpersonal, and communication skills; fluent in both written and spoken English.
