Principal Accountabilities

 

  • Create breakthrough formulations that power our next-generation products and innovation pipeline.
  • Lead small-scale synthesis projects, turning ideas into tangible prototypes.
  • Harness advanced testing and analytics to ensure performance and quality at every stage.
  • Translate science into impact through clear technical reports and compelling presentations.
  • Collaborate and influence across teams and partners to bring bold concepts to life.
  • Inspire and guide a talented team of Formulation Technicians to deliver exceptional results.

Key Skills, Education & Experience

  • Hands-on expertise in laboratory-scale synthesis, purification, and understanding reaction mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver scientific work to high standards with precision and consistency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, paired with strong time management and teamwork.
  • Analytical mindset to break down complex challenges into clear, achievable goals and deliver effective solutions.
  • Outstanding technical writing skills, producing clear, impactful reports and documentation.
  • Leadership: Line management experience is a plus and will help you inspire others.
