The Role

Principle Accountabilities

  • Assist in the candidate selection process, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
  • Partner with managers to identify development needs and implement tailored training and development plans.
  • Assist in the planning, organisation, and monitoring of both internal and external training programmes.
  • Support the current HRBP with the management of professional interviews, annual reviews, mission letters, and other administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the Senior HRBP to manage individual employee cases and provide personalised support.
  • Collaborate on various projects to drive HR initiatives and improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources (preferably).
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in IT tools and HR management software (experience with Workday is a plus).
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
