The Role
We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Supply Planning Manager – AAACE to join our Global Supply Chain Orchestration Centre of Excellence on a 12-18 months fixed-term maternity cover.
This role will act as the governance and consolidation lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply across the AAACE region, supporting the 5–36 month planning horizon. You will play a key role in ensuring the regional supply outlook is standardised, decision-ready, and effectively represented in Group Supply reviews.
Working cross-functionally with regional teams, factories, IBH, and global planning stakeholders, you’ll bring visibility to risks, opportunities, capacity constraints, and mitigation options helping ensure the supply chain continues to operate smoothly and effectively.
This is a highly collaborative subject matter expert role with strong exposure across regional and global stakeholders. While the role has no direct reports, you will be accountable for driving alignment, governance, and decision quality across the end-to-end planning process.
Principle Accountabilities
· Consolidate the AAACE supply constraints outlook across a 5–36 month planning horizon, including capacity, material, and network constraints, with clear visibility of risks and opportunities.
· Review and validate IBH supply planning inputs, ensuring consistency, quality, and use of standard templates, definitions, and clear decision asks.
· Support key AAACE projects by providing subject matter expertise and input from an IBP governance and business process ownership perspective.
· Deliver consolidated AAACE supply input into the Group Supply Phase pack, including mitigation recommendations, quantified trade-offs, and escalations where required.
· Maintain strong governance discipline across supply planning topics through decision templates, action tracking, decision logs, and closure follow-up.
· Partner closely with Demand Planning and regional execution teams to ensure demand drivers, supply feasibility, risks, and opportunities are reflected clearly and accurately.
Skills and Experience Required
· Significant experience in supply chain planning, IBP/S&OP, supply planning, or related supply chain orchestration roles.
· Strong understanding of ERP-driven supply planning processes, including demand/supply stream planning and regional planning consolidation.
· Proven ability to assess risks, constraints, and opportunities, with experience building mitigation scenarios and supporting business decision-making.
· Experience working across multiple stakeholders including regional supply teams, factories, and global functions.
· Strong governance mindset with experience managing planning inputs, templates, decision frameworks, and process adherence.
· Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively across a matrix organisation.
