The Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Office Coordinator to join our team in Prague.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will play a key role supporting the office, reception activities, and the wider People & Culture team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business while working closely with local and cluster teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the reception and office environment, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, meeting room bookings and provide a professional front-of-house experience
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, vendors and facilities services including maintenance, cleaning and building management
  • Support office administration including purchase orders, invoices, courier services, document management and office budgets
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including onboarding coordination, training logistics and employee documentation
  • Support internal events, team meetings and office activities while helping maintain a positive employee experience

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Management, Reception, HR Coordination or Administrative Support role, ideally within an international or fast-paced office environment
  • Fluent Czech and confident English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to take ownership, use initiative and work autonomously
  • Professional, approachable and service-focused, with a strong ability to build relationships and create a positive employee and visitor experience
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems; experience with invoices, office budgets, suppliers or People & Culture/HR administration would be an advantage
