The Role
As Demand & Forecasting Lead, you will take ownership of demand planning and forecasting for Germany. You will guide a team, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in shaping strategic direction through accurate forecasting and meaningful business insights. This is an opportunity to combine people development, commercial understanding, and data-driven thinking while supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation.
