The Role

Do you thrive in complex environments where you can connect strategy, planning, and business value? Imperial Brands, a global FMCG leader with 25,000 colleagues worldwide, is looking for a Planning Manager to join our Warsaw-based Global Supply Chain team. This is far more than a planning role. You'll be at the centre of our Voyager programme, coordinating cross-functional decisions that impact production, inventory, logistics, and financial performance across international supply chains. If you're passionate about driving alignment, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning complexity into business results, we'd love to hear from you.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning cadence for international flows, ensuring one integrated production, inventory and shipment plan across all involved functions.
  • Drive value-maximizing planning decisions by balancing volume, matchability, profitability, inventory, service and duty drawback opportunities.
  • Monitor volume development, portfolio changes and plan deviations versus the long-term plan, coordinating resolution where needed.
  • Translate constraints, volatility and non-standard scenarios into decision-ready trade-offs, including financial impacts and enterprise risks.
  • Manage planning governance inputs, escalation packs and cross-functional alignment through the relevant IBP/ITP forums.
  • Provide transparent planning performance reporting, early warning signals and leadership updates to keep execution and value delivery on track.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong supply, production, inventory and shipment-planning capability across international flows.
  • Proven ability to run structured planning cadences, constraints management and escalation routines.
  • Ability to translate volume, portfolio, financial and operational data into clear planning decisions.
  • Confident collaboration across Global Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, markets and programme governance.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset to manage trade-offs and protect value delivery.

What We Offer
