The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, Imperial Brands, is looking for a Service Management Intern. 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service performance and reporting within the finance function. You will support the team in monitoring service delivery, collecting and analysing data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn about performance management, customer satisfaction, and reporting in a corporate environment.

Internship contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Reporting & Data Analysis
    • Assist in collecting and consolidating data from various sources.
    • Support the preparation of regular performance reports and dashboards.
    • Help analyse trends and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Feedback
    • Help analyse survey results and prepare summary presentations.
    • Identify recurring feedback and escalate potential issues to the team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Follow up with internal stakeholders and managers to gather updates on service performance.
    • Assist in documenting service management processes.
    • Help maintain action logs and track progress on follow-ups.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Good organizational skills, strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good English language skills – written and verbal.

  • Microsoft Office abilities (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and high motivated
