The Role

Join our team in Sweden as our next HR Business Partner Lead! Be part of an inclusive, global organisation with more than 25,000 employees worldwide. In this customer-facing leadership role, you will lead a team of local People Partners and be accountable for delivering high-quality P&C advisory services to colleagues and people leaders across Sweden. Supporting around 1,100 employees, this role covers all aspects of the employee life cycle from employee relations and reward to performance management and organisational change. As part of the regional leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensure compliance with local employment legislation, and collaborate with global P&C colleagues to continuously improve our ways of working.

Principle Accountabilities

• Lead and coach a team of People Partners, providing guidance on complex cases and ensuring continuous improvement. • Deliver P&C advisory services across the employee lifecycle, partnering with P&C Strategic Business Partners, P&C Operations, and Centres of Expertise. • Provide expert employee relations advice, including case management on disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and performance improvement. • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, keeping policies updated and aligned to legal requirements. • Manage local reward and compensation processes, working closely with the Reward CoE on benchmarking and offers. • Collaborate regionally and globally to share best practices, support organisational change, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in a senior P&C/HR role, with proven line management responsibility. • Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and HR best practices. • Experience in employee relations case management, including complex and sensitive matters. • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels. • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of a Nordic language is highly desirable. • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
