The Role

Permanent full-time role, this Senior Sales Executive opportunity is all about driving growth and building brand presence by turning insights into practical, results-focused plans.

Territory Coverage:
Sydney Metro including Ryde, Parramatta, and Western Sydney, extending to Western NSW and regional areas up to Dubbo and surrounding locations. Candidates must have full working rights to be considered. Sponsorship is not available for this role. 

This isn’t a checklist role; you’ll have full ownership of your territory. Your focus will be on influencing and negotiating with retailers, creating win–win outcomes by educating them on what drives the greatest impact. By building strong relationships, identifying roadblocks, and taking targeted action, you’ll deliver results where it matters most.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own and grow your territory: Take a strategic approach to focusing on high-value outlets and opportunities that drive commercial impact.
  • Build and strengthen retailer relationships: Act as the trusted partner, influencing, negotiating, and delivering value through regular engagement and business reviews.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Use data and insights to spot gaps, unlock distribution, and improve in-store performance.
  • Influence through insights: Translate market and store-level insights into clear recommendations that drive better business outcomes.
  • Execute for impact: Prioritise key outlets to improve availability, pricing, and overall performance.
  • Represent the brand responsibly: Build trust with retailers while maintaining safe and professional operating standards.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Data-driven revenue optimisation: Ability to leverage insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritise activities that maximise sales return.
  • Commercial influencing & negotiation: Strong capability to build partnerships and secure outcomes that increase revenue, share, and profitability.
  • Sales performance delivery: Lead and drive sales growth, expand distribution, and optimise in-store execution for measurable results.
  • Problem-solving for impact: Proactively identify performance gaps and implement targeted actions that unlock revenue and efficiency.
  • Territory ROI management: Strong planning, communication, and adaptability to focus time and resources on highest-value opportunities.
