Join a dynamic and rapidly evolving category where marketing goes far beyond communication. This Brand Manager role offers the opportunity to shape portfolio decisions, drive market performance and lead key launch initiatives within one of the most innovative segments of the FMCG industry.

As a Brand Manager, you will take ownership of a key brand within our portfolio and play an active role in defining future growth opportunities for the category in the Czech market. Working closely with local and international stakeholders, you will see your ideas brought to life through impactful initiatives that directly influence business performance and consumer engagement.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead brand performance and business results for assigned portfolio
  • Develop annual brand and activation plans
  • Drive launch and innovation projects from plan to execution
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer, market and competitive analysis
  • Prepare business cases and recommendations for senior management or cluster
  • Manage marketing budget and monitor ROI of key initiatives
  • Cooperate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, CRM, Finance and external agencies as well as with Cluster functions
  • Lead portfolio reviews and performance evaluations
  • Translate business challenges and consumer insights into clear recommendations and action plans

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in Brand Management and/or Category Management
  • Analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work independently and make recommendations based on consumer and market insights
  • Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Experience with portfolio management and delivering brand initiatives or product launches
  • Czech or Slovak language proficiency and fluent English, including presenting and communicating with international stakeholders and teams
