The role

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering seamless end-user experiences across a global organisation? We’re looking for a Senior End-User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing vendor performance, and providing expert-level technical support for EUC technologies. You’ll be joining an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees worldwide. Key accountabilities

  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for end-user computing systems, ensuring timely resolution in line with ITIL/ITSM practices.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for complex EUC-related incidents that cannot be resolved at Tier 1 or 2.
  • Lead and coordinate change management activities across international environments.
  • Oversee and optimise vendor performance, driving continuous service improvements and ensuring value for money.
  • Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to vendor sourcing and support governance activities to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery within a large or global enterprise environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in EUC technologies (e.g., Windows 10/11, Intune, M365, VDI, endpoint security).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers to ensure performance and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improving service and security.
