Imperial Brands is an established global FMCG business with 25,000 colleagues worldwide, and we’re investing heavily in our Field Sales capability. Due to a recent promotion we’re now looking for a commercially minded Regional Field Sales Executive to take ownership of Dublin territory and drive performance across independent retail, key accounts and wholesale channels.

This is a field-based role, and you will need to be able to travel to your customers sites across Dublin. You will ideally live in Dublin to make it easier to travel to your customers sites.

All candidates must hold a valid full driving licence.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Drive business across Retail multiple and Independent Stores, Key Accounts Wholesale
  • Partner with Retailers and Wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships within your territory through a range of Key Accounts Operations Team to Retailers and key contacts within wholesaler, having value-adding conversations to sell in new products to meet the customer’s identified needs.
  • Drive customer advocacy for our brands by achieving sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within defined area.
  • Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to your customers to help ensure the best possible space allocation and visibility of Imperial brands on shelf.
  • Identify new business opportunities by having a great understanding of the category and shopper behaviour in-store. Provide cover for current Field Sales teams RDR team during
  • Manage/cover existing reps journey plan to ensure effective coverage of account base and implement territory business plan

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven Face to Face Sales Experience within an FMCG business
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with retailers and wholesalers
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in fast‑moving environments
  • Have excellent communication and people skills, and proven ability to build rapport quickly
  • Be a team player with an understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact them
  • Able to set and meet self-stretching targets
