In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Combustibles Branded Packaging product lifecycle, steering ideas from concept all the way to finished goods in market. You’ll orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives—from regulatory and tax-driven changes, new product introductions, and brand upgrades, to ESG improvements, promotional activities, and global production transfers. Principle Accountabilities

  • Act as key point of contact, providing guidance for a singular or cluster of markets to support the initiation phase of projects (assessing feasibility, ensuring alignment with business framework and cross-functional stakeholders) and proactively engaging in order to gain visibility of upcoming initiatives;
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings to establish scope of work, project realization team and align on deliverables;
  • Ensure that all projects are managed according to PIP (Product Introduction Process) and in compliance with interlinked GSC (Global Supply Chain) and I2L (Ideation to Launch) processes;
  • Drive realization of product launch and change initiatives in accordance with project timing, verified technical capabilities, commercial, legal and quality requirements as well as project budget;
  • Co-ordinate activities with numerous internal both central and local functions (linked with product / print / packaging development, corporate master data & product specifications, planning, procurement, production, logistics & customs, finance etc.), proactively resolving project bottlenecks with appropriate managers, stakeholders and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) as well as escalating risks, as appropriate;
  • Support planning and implementation of process, ways of working and system continuous improvement towards a lean, sustainable and agile set-up, taking care of proper change management with a growth mindset

Skills and Experience Required

  • Very good project management skills;
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written);
  • Very good working knowledge of IT programs e.g. MS Office incl. PowerPoint, Teams
  • Effective stakeholder management across different levels within the organisation, interpersonal and communication skills, enabling to work in various cultural contexts and distributed teams;
  • Proactive attitude and pragmatic approach driving for results;
  • Ability to step back and understand impact of requests / projects on the bigger picture (functional and Group perspective); think conceptually in order to address process & system continuous improvement needs
