The Role

This is an exciting new opportunity to join our growing Procurement Team in Warsaw.

As a Specialist for Procurement Systems, you will support in the development of the technology roadmap, the design, deployment and adoption of the identified systems and solutions required to facilitate, undertake, and drive efficiencies through the end-to-end procurement process.

You will become a part of our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

Acting as a subject matter expert you will play a key role in:

  • Managing the current Procurement system landscape
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, i.e. data cleanse, increase of contract coverage
  • Keeping abreast of new technology and solutions and evaluating how these might enhance our data and processes
  • Collaborating closely with IT in the identification, design, and deployment of solution
  • Maximising the user adoption and experience whilst minimising risk
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships across the procurement teams

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in procurement systems management and deployment
  • Keen interest in researching solutions for Procurement
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and managing system projects
  • Strong database and data manipulation abilities
  • Ability to build professional relationships at all levels
  • Fluency in English
