The Role

Principle Accountabilities
Creation and maintenance of data objects – customers, suppliers, materials, cost centres, profit centres, GL accounts etc,
Work with incoming queries from the business and perform according to procedures and agreed SLAs with respect to needed data quality focus
Run and analyse master data reports in accordance with compliance procedures,
Monitor system interfaces and process messages on time according to agreed SLAs and OLAs,
Cooperate with Data Experts on improving Data Quality by highlighting identified errors, inconsistencies and non-compliance,
Creation and maintenance of Operating procedures and User instructions for Data Maintenance,
Support business projects or initiatives related to master data and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in Data creation in SAP; SAP ITP would be a plus,
Good computer skills (primary Microsoft Office),
Good written and verbal German and English language skills,
Experience in working within regional structures and in remote teams as well as effective communication with employees at every level of the organization,
Customer orientation and achievement of goals, commitment and care for the final result of tasks,
Ability to define priorities,
Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, ability to prioritize.
