The Role

Locations: Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia

Our Cluster Communication and Engagement Business Partner (Central and Eastern Europe) will work closely across Cluster People & Culture function, the Cluster General Manager, the Leadership Team and Internal Communication Business Partner to deliver proactive business partnering building engagement across the Cluster, Communication agenda, whilst ensuring capability of the teams in the markets, organisation effectiveness and culture change within our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the Cluster and People & Culture strategy and change agenda to proactively suggest communications assets to support the execution of the strategy through various channels
  • Bringing to life the strategy and change agenda by creating engaging communications and a series of participative live events and communication channels
  • Guide a group of markets communication and engagement network for stronger impact in each market
  • Promote the work and successes of all markets across the Cluster and region and support the new model deployment in other clusters/regional level
  • Energise and inspire teams around the Cluster strategy in service of the region and the company strategy

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in change management (preferably in FMCG)
  • Specialist experience in learning and development communication will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and partnering skills
  • Passion in driving people development and organization growth
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
