The Role

Location: Bristol (flexible)

The Category Insight Analyst will join our New Generation Products Insight team - a lean, senior, and agile team with a challenger mindset. As an New Generation Products analyst, you will be supporting in driving this agility by providing timely and relevant insights across the Category team to support consumer-centric decision making and bringing a fresh perspective to problem-solving.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Creation and maintenance of category portfolio data repository.
  • Visualization of price ladders across relevant markets and categories.
  • Collation and analysis of external category data sources.
  • Support in monthly & weekly performance reporting dashboards.
  • Establish online channel market models to explore further opportunities & expansion within the digital space.
  • Perform ad-hoc desk research across categories with support from markets/functions.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SPSS, SAS, Excel).
  • Analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analysing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of R/Python is essential.
  • Ability to write & visualize reports.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a challenger mindset.
