Exciting Brand Executive opportunity, for Permanent, full time role to join our close knit brand team, in our Sydney Norwest office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our brand through creating a business case for creative product development initiatives. Principle Accountabilities

  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Convert insights into actionable concepts that will shape new product development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Field Sales team, to turn product concepts into reality, ensuring new products align with our brand strategy and meet consumer needs.
  • Brand Strategy Execution: Support the Brand Manager with the development and implementation of brand strategies for new products to ensure they resonate with our target audience and reflect our company’s values.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with trade marketing and sales, teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of newly launched products, assess and analyse feedback, and make recommendations for future improvements based on performance data.
  • Communication & Presentations: Prepare and present key findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand management or new product development, ideally within the consumer goods or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for product innovation.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
