The Role

Location: Warsaw, Poland

  • The Reporting & BI Analysts reports into the Reporting & BI Lead Role.
  • The Reporting & BI Analysts leads on the analysis of reporting requirement for the ISC program scope. The role holder proactively engages with relevant stakeholders turning prioritised requirements into actionable deliverables for reporting and BI.
  • The Reporting & BI analysts leads on turning data into insights and owns and continuously evolves the catalogue of dashboards, KPI's and Metrics relevant for the ISC program and its stakeholders
  • Acting as custodian of reporting and BI design principles the Reporting & BI analysts works with the program stakeholders to identify the right reporting and BI solution for the reporting requirements identified.
  • Working with PMO and Global IT to oversee the delivery of reporting and BI deliverables of 3rd party services providers as part for the delivery portfolio
  • Support the necessary change management associated with the delivery of reporting & BI developments
  • Together with the Data Analysts own and continuously evolve the data model to meet the data and reporting requirements of the ISC program.

Principle Accountabilities

  • The Reporting & BI Analyst works with the SC excellence team to maintain and evolve a catalogue of dashboards, KPI's and Metrics
  • The Reporting & BI Analyst plans, prepares and execute requirements gathering session for Reporting & BI scope as part of the ISC program scope.
  • The Reporting & BI Analysts will project manage and oversee the delivery of business requirements analysis performed 3rd party vendors.
  • The Reporting & BI Analyst works with PMO and Global IT to develop project proposals for the implementation of defined Reporting & BI requirements.
  • The Reporting & BI Analysts will project manage and oversee the delivery of business requirements analysis performed 3rd party vendors and work alongside the SC excellence team to oversee the delivery of Reporting & BI deliverables.
  • The Reporting & BI Analyst will work with the Functional Tower, Global IT and BlueYonder Architects to regularly review  the reporting & BI design principles and to align reporting deliverables to the right technologies.
  • The role encompasses working with the Change Management Tower to develop all necessary artefacts to ensure the successful delivery of reporting & BI solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3-5 years proven experience in Reporting & Business Intelligence delivery
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Microsoft data platform technologies and Power BI specifically
  • Experience in the change management aspects related to Reporting & BI delivery, especially user training  delivery
  • Experience in BI project delivery and stakeholder engagement in matrix organisations
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual understanding of information, data, data quality and data architecture
  • Accountable, the ability to focus and strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills especially to help translating business stakeholder needs into IT deliverables
