The Role

HR Manager

Location: Tarnowo Podgórne, Poland

The person in this position will report directly to the People Services Lead of GSC Europe, while being a member of the Management Team of the Factory in Tarnowo. They will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

 

  • Support the achievement of business objectives in Tarnowo Factory by, among others: advising people leaders, ensuring strategic planning of resources, approving personnel  decisions
  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of People & Culture strategies and policies
  • Participate in managing relations and cooperation with Trade Unions at ITPL
  • Ensure that labor laws are applied within the business unit
  • Support development and communication activities

Skills and Experience Required

  • Demonstrable experience working in the People & Culture department within manufacturing
  • Business awareness and the ability to establish a dialogue with business
  • Knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Knowledge of People & Culture processes
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • People leadership experience
  • Fluent Polish
  • Very good command of English
