An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a passionate and strategic Supplier Relationship Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in one of our four core pillars—Supplier Relationship Management.

In this exciting role, you’ll help deliver IB’s Supplier Relationship Management Programme SRM Connect , working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong, value-driven supplier partnerships. Reporting to the Procurement Excellence SRM Manager, you’ll be instrumental in embedding consistent, high-impact SRM practices across the business.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Support the delivery and promotion of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategy and approach, while maintaining a clear and consistent internal and external communications plan for the SRM programme.
  • Monitor supplier performance and SRM impact, identifying and analyzing supplier issues and benefits, collating SRM data, maintaining the SRM dashboard, and supporting procurement colleagues with SRM tools and knowledge.
  • Maintain supplier segmentation analysis based on value contribution and risk optimization and ensure visibility of supplier risks.
  • Support, coordinate and deliver periodic business review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders contribute relevant information.
  • Coordinate SRM events, including supporting the launch and annual events, and assisting in the planning and organization of these key initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, including contract and supplier risk management or other relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, data management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a driven, focused, and accountable mindset.
  • Skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative approach.
