Principle Accountabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to gather and interpret key data.
• Provide timely, actionable reports that support strategic decisions and operational excellence.
• Actively driving analysis and insights to ensure that the GSC Finance Organization proactively captures business opportunities / risks
• Collect and consolidate forecasts for respective areas
• Continuous improvement of planning and reporting
• Support respective Head of Finance in driving standardization and providing transparency

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant experience working in the Supply Chain or Logistics area as a Finance Analyst/Specialist/Controller or similar position
• Fluent in English (both verbal and in written)
• Excellent analytical skills and experience to deal with a large amount of complex data and provision of insightful analysis that can be understood by different stakeholders
• Self-Starter-Proactive searching and recommending improvement opportunities
• Very good communication skills with and confident to apply these in the different levels of the organization
