The Role

Are you someone who enjoys turning data into real commercial impact and keeping operations running smoothly? In this role, you will play a central part in enabling sales performance by ensuring forecasts, pricing, and order processes are accurate and aligned. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions, helping deliver products to customers efficiently and on time. If you’re motivated by working at the heart of commercial operations and driving tangible business outcomes, this could be a strong fit for you.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Ensure accurate and aligned sales forecasts to support revenue delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-deliver process, ensuring timely execution
  • Maintain and update pricing models and implement pricing changes
  • Provide visibility on P&L and track operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of portfolio and pricing data across systems
  • Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to maintain product availability and support sales delivery

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Curiosity to understand market dynamics and how operations impact commercial outcomes
  • Experience in commercial operations, supply chain, or a similar business environment
