The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Receptionist - Intern to support our GBS office in Cracow.

As a Receptionist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations, as well as providing assistance to staff and management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or meeting areas.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, correspondence and e-mails.
  • Provide information to clients, customers, and vendors as required.
  • Carry out all the necessary administrative activities and tasks relevant to the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently as well as provide administrative support for office employees in everyday tasks.
  • Order office supplies, catering and transport for the guests.
  • Cooperation with the cleaning team, building reception
  • Preparing access cards to the office, greeting guests, monitoring employee entry cards.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent organizational skills,
  • Attention to detail, 
  • Knowledge of MS Office, 
  • Excellent English skills - written and spoken,
  • Availability to work 30-35 hours per week, during a 6-months internship.
