The Role

Manages the product lifecycle effectively for Plain Packaging products of Combustible product category within their dedicated Markets by ensuring product launch and change initiatives on time, according to brief and at lowest possible cost from market demand to Product delivered to the market. Ensures product change according to compliance requirements (regulatory, ESG and other company policies).
Ensures highest quality of information along the process. And is the go to person for the stakeholders in case of uncertainties.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact and PCC consultant, providing guidance to one or multiple markets during the initiation of Project Initiation Documents.
  • Ensure all projects progress through the Product Introduction Process and that authorizations follow the agreed decision matrix.
  • Initiate and lead Project Kick‑Off Meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute Project Briefing documents, ensuring all essential information is captured. Create and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments throughout the PIP process, including Manufacturing, Product Management, and Print Development.
  • Monitor project status to ensure tasks are completed within cost estimates, meet market requirements, and adhere to agreed timelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project obstacles
  • Report on completed projects and conduct post‑project reviews as needed.
  • Provide clear visibility of the project portfolio to managers and project stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

  • University degree in science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Highly engaged, proactive, and self‑driven.
  • Strong conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Solid project management experience, having successfully led complex cross‑regional or cross‑functional projects, ideally related to Product Introduction.
  • Growth mindset.Pragmatic, results‑oriented approach aligned with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including close collaboration with Commercial leads.
  • Knowledge of PLM and Forecast‑to‑Stock (F2S) processes and related systems (PLM, APO, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Strong intercultural, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
