The Role
Imperial Brands is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Key Account Manager to lead the commercial agenda across smaller national accounts and Groups in Ireland.
This role is central to driving profitable sales growth, strengthening senior-level customer relationships, and delivering ambitious joint business plans across Ireland.

You will be based from our Dublin office, however this is a field-based role requiring full nationwide coverage and overnight stays as needed.
Please note: All candidates must hold a full clean driving, we do however provide you with a car.
Principle Accountabilities
Deliver the Key Account Team business plan.
Identify share and profit opportunities to meet commercial objectives.
Contribute to strategic planning to drive volume, revenue, profit, market share, and brand performance.
Influence Brand and Trade Marketing strategies within your accounts.
Develop and execute joint Customer Development Plans aligned to business and customer goals.
Skills and Experience Required
Key Account Management experience within an FMCG environment
Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
Excellent influencing, negotiation, collaboration, and interpersonal leadership skills.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
