The Role

We are currently looking for an Intern - Receptionist to join our Krakow office and provide professional front-desk service to our colleagues and visitors.

As a Receptionist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations, as well as providing assistance to staff and management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

This is a short-term contract where you will need to be available up to 35 hours per week.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Visitor and Call Management: Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate personnel, and answer incoming calls professionally.
  • Information and Inquiry Handling: Provide information to clients, customers, and vendors, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist office employees with everyday tasks and manage correspondence.
  • Office Supplies and Catering: Order office supplies, arrange catering for meetings, and make restaurant reservations.
  • Facility Coordination: Cooperate with the cleaning team, manage access cards, and liaise with building reception.
  • Guest and Kitchen Management: Organize transport for guests, trips to the Factory in Radom, and keep the kitchen stocked.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Student status and availability to work up to 35 hours per week
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and fluent English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
