The Role

Exciting New opportunity for a proactive and experienced Strategic Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align people strategies with business objectives, driving an innovative and inclusive workplace culture. You will report to the Human Resource Director based in Dubai.

You will play a key role in enhancing people capabilities and ensuring local initiatives contribute to the company's growth and operational effectiveness. Based in Taiwan, this position will focus on Taiwan and Indo-China countries (Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam).

As a strategic partner, you will provide essential support to Taiwan and Indo-China Market Leadership Team, drive business performance by shaping workforce strategies, leading initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and performance culture development. This role centers on relationship building, leadership coaching, workforce planning, data analysis, and change management, using data to inform decisions and guide organizational change.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational success and growth.
  • Leadership Development: Lead leadership development programs, succession planning, and provide coaching to enhance executive capabilities and performance.
  • Organisational Effectiveness: Support organizational design and workforce planning to optimize efficiency and align teams with business needs.
  • Change Management: Manage HR initiatives during organizational changes, such as mergers or restructuring, ensuring smooth transitions and employee morale.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive culture, improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention while addressing conflicts.
  • HR Analytics & Compliance: Utilize data-driven insights to assess HR program effectiveness and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Skills and Experience Required

 

  • Bachelor's in HR, business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • 5 years + in HR with expertise in business partnering, leadership, and change management.
  • Data driven decisions, strategic thinking, strong communication, problem-solving, employee relations, and data analytics expertise. Passion for DEI.
