As the E2E Logistics Executive, you will fully support end-to-end supply chain activities and cross-functional collaboration with all key stakeholders at the Market, Cluster, Group levels. You will serve as a trusted member of the team supporting key business stakeholders using your knowledge across the supply chain management spectrum.

Location: Office in Athens, Hybrid work setup. - (12-month fixed-term contract)

 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensure proper stock availability by monitoring production and shipment schedule & goods receipt. Monitor demand changes & act fast, considering production schedule amendments
  • Close cooperation with customs agent, considering company liabilities to Customs Authorities, and ensure all required processes are completed accurately & on time
  • Ensure reliable product cost measurement and forecasting by being able to implement cost accounting and taxation procedures within local & international requirements
  • Support monthly closing procedures regarding Cost of Sales & accurate Warehouse Ledger reporting
  • Monitor and manage compliance between Local Legislation, internal Corporate Guidelines along with Group Policies. Implement purchasing procedures within the respective framework. Ensure legal/ tax compliance of product procedures
  • Ensure accurate and on-time information for the management supporting company’s decision making

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Professional experience in a similar position in the FMCG sector, preferably in a Multinational Company
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and MS Office Skills, primarily Advanced Excel. Knowledge and/or experience of SAP will be considered an asset
  • Experience collaborating with 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider
  • Excellent communication skills across levels and functions
  • Analytical thinking, strong numerical reasoning and commercial acumen. Ability to focus on completing a task with accuracy and within deadlines
  • Cross-cultural awareness and experience in working in an international environment
