In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of our data operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of key business information across customers, suppliers, materials, and financial structures.

You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to manage data creation and maintenance, monitor system interfaces, and support continuous improvement initiatives. From running compliance reports to identifying gaps and streamlining processes, your work will help shape smarter decisions and stronger performance across the organization.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Create and maintain master data objects including customers, suppliers, materials, cost centres, profit centres, GL accounts, and more; generate and analyse master data reports in alignment with compliance procedures and data governance standards.
  • Manage incoming business queries related to master data, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with established procedures and agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor system interfaces and process messages promptly, adhering to defined SLAs and OLAs.
  • Collaborate with Data Experts to enhance data quality by identifying and addressing errors, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures and user instructions for master data management activities.
  • Support business initiatives and projects involving master data, including reporting, data cleansing, testing, and system enhancements.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Good level experience in data management processes, including creation and maintenance of master data objects, especially Materials, but also Customers, Suppliers, and Financial Master Data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage, analyse, and report on complex datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • A proactive team player with a service-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and compliance.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
